During the first year of working with Mosaic, I have had the opportunity to explore my setting's needs in depth. This has enabled me to reflect on both the offer we provide and the specific needs of some of our children. Having identified areas to develop in our school, Mosaic have offered excellent training and continued support. Specific casework has been instrumental in securing additional, long-term provision for some of our pupils.
